Touch it
DO NO TOUCH
ever notice how many signs there are that say 'do not touch"
Rather say: "touch it all!"
Explore it all!
Revel in the textures, the cool, the hot, the slippery the rough.
Where does that touch take you?
Will you get lost in the feelings?
Is that a dangerous thing?

At first glance
At first glance..... a quick noting ( probably also a fast judgement).
It is said that the observer changes the thing looked at...
so does it exsist before we "notice" it?
Does it exsist if we cease to pay attention or focus on it? Where was it before we noticed it?
Where does it go when we cease to notice it?

Deep
Deep in a well
tossed deep,
allowing the plunge,
awaiting abyss,
unknown destination,
destiny.
amid the blankness,
stone on stone,
moist,
clammy air,
dank with possibilities,
potentials.

Measuring time
How can you measure time?
15 miles to a million?
How to measure time that has no past, yet is Now?
How do you measure something that doesn't exsist?
15 miles to a million?
How to measure time that has no past, yet is Now?
How do you measure something that doesn't exsist?
One of me?
Is there only one of me?
I see me in the dream as me.
I see me in the dream as two,
three and even more of me.
Which me is the real me?
I see me in the dream as me.
I see me in the dream as two,
three and even more of me.
Which me is the real me?

and bloosoms
collecting in cups made by the plants,
and grasping onto spider webs,
gleem and sparkle in the sun.

Recently I was asked to submit an art entry for an upcomming art show called "Alter Ego".
my entry is:
Title: The Other Side": Artist, Healer, Visionary
Text:
As an ever evolving kaleidoscope, the patterns shift and change.Dreams, visions, and intuitive message are incorpoated from the Wold of Within and are transformed by the Shaman. They then burst into the Outer World as completed expression.
The Artist, Healer, Visionary remains the driving force of all exterior movement.
The Elements:
The snake represents transformation,
the hand is the healer which is surrounded by the fire of Spirt,
The EYE is the eternal one who perceves, and observes.
This piece was shown at the MorYork Gallery ( Highland Park, CA.)
at the show on May 12, 2007

I am the Dreamer dreaming the Dream.
I am the Dream, dreaming the Dreamer.
I am the Oberver watching the Dream.
I am the Actor, acting in the Dream.
I am in all these dimensions at the same time.

BEGINNING IN THE MIDDLE
The problem of beginning something that is already in progress, is WHERE to begin!
I will be posting my art, poetry as well as thoughts. Hope you enjoy them all!
So, since I tend to think everyone knows exactly what I'm talking about, I begin where ever my thinking is at that moment....
usually in the middle!
The people around me wonder just WHAT I'm talking about and I can't figure out why they don't know!
Further I take NO responsibility for words that are not spelled correctly or bad grammer, incomplete sentances, run on sentances or any other writing error.
Most of the time, my mind goes a hundered times faster than my fingers can type. I need to be able to complete my thought before it runs away.
Further this blog will contain my poetry, art as well as my thoughts. Everything holds a copyright so PLEASE do not download or copy anything without permission.
If I quote anyone I will give who it is. I can't always guarentee that I will know the exact source
(book title) of where I got it, but I will give the person who wrote or said it.
The thoughts here are my own ( unless quoted) and I really don't care if you agree with me or not.
I would love to hear if you DO agree, however, don't bother to email me if you HATE what ever I put here. Just don't read or look at it!!
I reserve the right to post as frequently or infrequently as it may occur to me.
I reserve the right to change my mind about ANY stand I may take now or in the future.
Somthing I may see as a fact today, may not seem valid in the future.
As one of my wise teachers pointed out
" Fact comes from the Latin word: factum....meaning...made up".... (Richard Bartlett)
So, I reserve the right to "make up" as much or as many facts or events as I choose.
All are "real".
Since I am THE DAUGHTER OF KALI
I thought you would like to see a picture of my Mother Kali.
